Daniel began working in the IT sector over 20 years ago and founded Clarity IT to provide self-employed professionals and small businesses in Kent, Surrey and Sussex with direct access to highly skilled IT support staff. Daniel understands the IT needs of small businesses and private entrepreneurs. He says: “Over the years, we’ve fine-tuned our internal processes so that our clients get their computer issues fixed a lot faster than elsewhere. We have developed a system which allows our customers to get hold of an IT engineer in a matter of seconds. Our clients do not waste time queuing for the Help-desk, or the Sales Team, or the Projects Department, - instead, they simply tell us what is not working, and get their issue resolved quickly and professionally”.

Samuel joined Clarity IT in 2017, bringing over seven years of experience in management. Samuel’s task at Clarity IT is to help the firm’s clients adapt their IT processes and structures to the ever-changing legislative and competitive environment. Samuel comments: “Long before the introduction of GDPR and impending e-Directive, businesses have been changing the way they process personal data, defend against cyber threats and manage their remote working environment. At Clarity IT we have developed many useful tools which help our clients be compliant and protected against cyber-threats. I work with our customers to ensure they get the most of these tools.”

Adam joined Clarity IT in 2018, bringing many years of customer service and retail management experience, he has proven himself to be a welcomed edition to Clarity's growing team and has been shown to be very adaptable in an ever changing and competitive environment.
